1.Support the smooth running of the HumanResources Department; takes responsibilityfor the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work iscarried out in a timely and professional manner; 2.Efficientadministration of all aspects of the employee life-cycle in Spain: includingfull payroll cycle, on boarding, off boarding, benefits management andadministration and other key processes; 3.Provideassistance and support to employees in a variety of areas, such as resolvingqueries related to payroll, benefits, leave and company policies. In addition,maintain confidentiality and privacy of employees’ personal and sensitiveinformation; 4.Ensurethat the company complies with current labor laws and regulations, assisting inthe implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures.
